This low-fat baking blend, enriched with oat fiber, almond meal, and isolated whey protein, offers a high-protein, low-carb option ideal for healthier baking.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oat fiber
2 Tbs almond meal
2 Tbs cup flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 tablespoon sunflower lecithin
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/2 cup isolated whey protein powder
Directions
Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oat fiber, almond meal, flaxseed meal, unflavored gelatin powder, xanthan gum, sunflower lectins, coconut flour, and isolated whey protein powder until well combined.
Store: Transfer the baking blend to an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place.
